Cancellation Policy

I totally understand that life can get busy, and things sometimes come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for 72 hours' notice. This helps me offer the spot to others who may be waiting. Please note, if cancellations happen more than twice without proper notice, there will be a 30% increase added to your next appointment. Also, if you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment, we will need to reschedule for another time, and this will count as a last minute cancellation.
